UK deliveries are made by Royal Mail at the following charges:
Tickets only: £ 0.00 - FREE delivery
Merchandise: £ 3.50 - All UK deliveries per order
If ordering tickets AND merchandise - charges are as for merchandise.
Your tickets will be sent to you through email together with your unique ticket number, please allow up to 24 hours for your email tickets.
If you wish to receive your tickets through the post please tick the delivery box when ordering (please allow up to 7 days for delivery).
For merchandise please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.
The Milky Way prides itself on customer service and if, for any
reason, you are not entirely happy with an item purchased, please
contact us on 01237 431255 and we will arrange a full refund or
product exchange.
By providing your details to The Milky Way, you consent to us
maintaining, recording, holding and using the information you give
us at the time of ordering to process your orders. All data is collected
lawfully and maintained in accordance with the Data Protection Act
