Terms and Condtions

• Tickets bought online must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and are non-refundable. Your tickets will be emailed to you – please allow up to 24 hours for delivery. If you would like your tickets posted to you please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
• To collect your tickets you must bring your confirmation email and your unique reference number to reception.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Discount codes are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
• It is your responsibility to wear sensible clothing / foot wear and to read and abide by all safety guidelines. Please note that some rides & attractions have height restrictions.
• We will endeavour to keep all attractions operational during opening hours. Very occasionally, due to our policy of continuing improvement or events beyond our control, some attractions may have to be withdrawn without prior notice. The Milky Way in its absolute discretion reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to close the whole or any part of the Park at any time.
• We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to refuse admission to the Park, ban from entry to the Park, or remove from the Park without right to refund any person who acts in a manner that the management of The Milky Way feel to be inappropriate and/or undesirable.
• In the interests of the public and the health and safety of our visitors, The Milky Way reserves the right to refuse entry to the Park in the event that the capacity for visitors at the Park is reached and/or exceeded.
