Group Visits
IMPORTANT please read...
If you are interested in organising a visit to The Milky Way for an educational, youth, disabled or preschool group, where you are able to pay for everyone in one lump sum, please fill in the booking enquiry form (link below). We will contact you with prices and availability - if you are happy we will then make a firm booking on your behalf.
Before filling out the form, please check our calendar to see when the park is open, as we can usually only accept group visits on these days. If the month you're interested in isn't listed yet, feel free to submit the form anyway. If none of the open days work for you and your group is over 100 people, please email [email protected] to ask about alternative dates.
Please note that group bookings must normally be made at least one week in advance.
We will do our best to accommodate group bookings for children with behavioural challenges in low season, when the park is quieter. Please let us know if this would be helpful for your group, when completing the booking enquiry form.
Friend and family groups
Our groups prices are normally only available for organised child / disabled groups. Groups of friends and family should book standard park entry tickets unless your group is larger than 25 - in this case please email us at [email protected] with details and the date you would like to visit.
What educational, youth, disabled and preschool groups can look forward to!
- All day entry to The Milky Way Adventure Park, with something on offer for all ages, whatever the weather! (We recommend that you allow at least four hours for your visit)
- Discounted entry and / or an agreed number of adults / carers free - this will depend on dates and numbers.
- A free pre-visit for the trip organiser
- A safe and secure environment and risk assessment provided
- Dedicated bag drop area (must be requested in advance)
- Free coach parking and free entry for your coach driver

Safety and Important Information
- Group bookings are for youth groups only (Family groups or adult only groups do not fall within our Group bookings).
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- We will do our best to accommodate group bookings for children with behavioural challenges in low season, when the park is quieter. Please let us know if this would be helpful for your group, when completing the form below.
- Our groups are asked to be respectful of all other guests on site, especially in any queue lines and in soft play areas.
- Please work with our teams if we request you to split into smaller groups i.e if you are including Ninja Stars Arena in your booking .
- Our rides do have height restrictions, please refer to our website for full and up to date information. If the child is under 1.2m, they must have an adult accompany them.
- Please ask the children to wear long shorts or trousers and bring long sleeved tops to avoid skin burns on the drop slides.
- We strongly advise you to arrange a meeting area for your group, for breaks, lunches and re-grouping before leaving the park. Please avoid group meetings in busier areas of the park.
- The health and safety of you and our staff remain our number one priority. You can rest assured that the quality and safety of our rides, attractions and facilities is our highest priority and that we make every effort to ensure all visits are a safe and fun experience. We are happy to provide a copy of our risk assessment document for schools & groups on request.
