You will be required to book your first visit as you purchase your passes, your 12 months entry will start from this date. If you would like to buy passes for other people please usthe gift vouchers page instead.
On your first visit, please speak to the entrance crew who will set up and issue your passes. Each pass holder will have their photo taken.
Passes are NOT transferable between family members.
We regret that we are not able to offer discounts on annual passes and that each pass is strictly for use by the person named on the pass. The only exception to this are carer passes - carers of disabled guests will still need to buy a pass at the standard rate. However, we do allow one carer pass per disabled guest which will be created in the disabled guests name (and carry their photo image), so that different carers can accompany the disabled guest as required.
There will be a small charge per pass holder, per visit, during busy peak periods such as school holidays, currently £2.50.
The primary main pass holder of each family can invite up to 5 additional people per day at our re-admission saver rates, this includes any under 1's.
All bookings (including Re-admission tickets for additional guests) must be booked by the primary pass holder and paid for in advance on our website (tickets limited every day) and you must arrive together at the park.
There may also be a small additional charge for special seasonal events such as a visit to The Easter Bunny and Father Christmas.
Additional charges for some attractions still apply to annual pass holders - Ninja Stars, Pottery Painting and Penalty Shoot Out.
If you book tickets and find you can no longer attend, please email [email protected] as soon as possible, so that we can release your tickets to other families.
If you lose your annual pass, there will be an administration charge of £1.50 per card, to cover the replacement cost.
Annual Passes are non-refundable.
Day tickets are not redeemable against Annual Passes.
