Frequently Asked Questions
To help you feel confident about visiting we’re really happy to share full details of the changes we've put in place at this time. Please click here to visit our Covid19 Latest page to find out more.
Due to government restrictions you are currently only permitted to visit in groups of up to six people or a maximum of two households.
We think you'll be surprised how many attractions we're able to open safely. For the latest up to date list please visit our Open this Summer page
Everyone who visits has to book online in advance, due to capacity restrictions.
We reopen from 22nd May and dates are currently available to book until early June. Remaining June dates will go live towards the end of May.
We're restricting our capacity to ensure we offer a safe, socially distanced experience. We have less capacity on wet days than dry, and so for dates in the future we only release the capacity suitable for a wet day to start with - once we're closer to the day we will release more availability if the forecast allows this.
All guests should bring a mask or suitable face covering with them when they visit (we do have some available to buy) - they are encouraged throughout the park for everyone but they are mandatory for anyone aged 11yrs+ in all indoor areas.
These rules are in line with current government guidance. For more details, including information about exemptions click here to visit the government website.
Because our site is so large and we will be restricting numbers, we don't anticipate any issues with guests being able to maintain a safe distance whilst on park.
Any staff working on rides or in close contact with guests will be wearing masks and / or visors, unless working behind protective screens.
We’re sorry but we’re not taking any bookings for birthday parties or group visits at this time. As soon as we're able to do so we will!
Unfortunately we have had to suspend all sales of Annual Passes at this time.
We plan to reopen on the 22nd of May. Please refer to our opening calendar and booking pages, for current times and pricing which will be available from the 1st of May.
You can use VIP readmission voucher at this time but you must have a valid VIP voucher in the same name as the card you use to pay for your online booking. Your VIP voucher, the number of people it is valid for and your payment card will be validated on arrival at the entrance. As we've been closed for a large part of the last year, we are currently happy to honour tickets which expired in March 2021. If we find that your passes are not valid, standard park entry prices will apply on the day. Limited tickets available on peak days.
For the time being, whilst we have to operate at limited capacity we unfortunately aren’t able to honour any free tickets or discount vouchers. However, we will be extending all free tickets so that they can be used later on, when we're able to accept them. Check back here for updates.
Unfortunately not. All children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Passes will be extended under similar terms to those offered in 2020. An email has gone out to all pass holders with full details. If you haven’t received this we apologise, it may be because you didn't provide your email on joining or it may be that it has gone to a spam folder. You can view the details here.
Entry to the park must be booked and paid for online in advance at this time. Unfortunately, for safety reasons we aren't accepting cash in any of our food outlets on park but we are able to accept cash in the shop.
We may ask you to undertake a non invasive temperature check on arrival at the park - anyone with a high temperature will not be allowed to enter. Please don't travel to the park if anyone in your party has symptoms - contact [email protected]
We are pleased to offer entry at our VIP voucher holder rate for one person per disabled guests and their carers at this time - one discounted carer per disabled guest. Please select the VIP voucher holders option during the booking process and ensure that you can present documentary proof of disability on arrival (such as a blue/orange badge, DLA letter or similar). Failure to show proof will result in an additional charge to enter the park. Limited numbers of VIP tickets available at peak times.

Genuinely well behaved, friendly dogs on leads are permitted in much of the site.
We regret that dogs are not permitted in the bird of prey centre, bird of prey shows, carpeted play areas or on the rides. Please note that the outdoor putting area and seating area outside Planet Play is out of bounds for dogs while the outdoor bird of prey show takes place.
You will be asked to read and agree to our code of conduct for dogs when you arrive at the entrance. Exceptions will be made for service dogs.
We are a family adventure park and try to provide attractions that the whole family can enjoy together. We have roller coasters, jumping pillows, dodgems and live shows that teenagers normally enjoy - as long as they aren't expecting Alton Towers they should have an enjoyable day. It is also worth considering a trip to The North Devon Wake Park, located just at the other end of our car park where, for a separate fee they can try wakeboarding or have a go on the inflatable aqua park.
Only high winds can stop our rollercoasters. During this time they will operate in all but the heaviest downpours - so bring your water proofs!
If you're able to show proof that you've paid to visit since November 2019 (either an online booking or a bank statement), we would be happy to honour the VIP price. You need to book online and select the VIP option, then pay using a credit or debit card in the same name as on the original online booking / bank statement. You then need to bring this proof with you to show at the entrance when you arrive. If you're unable to provide satisfactory proof an additional charge will be payable on arrival.
