Due to our layout and the government’s roadmap plans, May 22nd is the first date that we can realistically open - and we CAN'T WAIT!
Assuming everything continues to go to plan with the roadmap, tickets will be available to buy from our website towards the end of April.
In order to control visitor capacity, pre-booking your visit online and in advance will still be essential for everyone, including pass holders.
To celebrate reopening and to thank you for your support over the past year, we've decided to make our very first day back JUST FOR YOU and our other annual pass holders - no one else can book!! So, put Saturday 22nd May in your diary - and make sure you book in online, once tickets are available towards the end of April.
As normal, tickets on this day will be limited to ensure we stay within our safe capacity!
We’re automatically extending all annual passes to cover the 6 months that we’ve been closed.
As it looks likely we’ll have to restrict the number of people we can welcome for a while longer, we’re unfortunately having to limit pass holders to one visit per week until capacity restrictions are eased. In addition, on peak days during the school holidays, whilst we have to operate at less than 50% of our capacity, we will need to make a small charge per pass holder. This charge is designed to discourage people from booking up spaces and then not visiting - which we know is as frustrating to other pass holders as it is to us! We can assure you that this charge will be kept low and will only apply on our busiest days.
Obviously we would prefer not to have to make these changes, so we really appreciate your understanding during this very difficult time. As a thank you for your continued support we’re also adding an extra complimentary month to your passes. So you’ll get 7 months automatically added - this is in addition to the 6 months that were added last July, after the first lockdown!
There's nothing you need to do - we'll automatically extend your passes by 7 months over the coming weeks, so they'll be accepted when online booking opens towards the end of April. Just make sure you keep an eye on our Facebook page for all the latest news!
