Yes genuinely well behaved, friendly dogs on leads are permitted in much of the site. We regret that dogs are not permitted in the bird of prey centre, bird of prey shows, carpeted play areas or on the rides. Please note that the outdoor putting area is out of bounds for dogs while the 3pm bird of prey show takes place.
You will be asked to read and agree to our code of conduct for dogs when you arrive at the entrance. Exceptions will be made for service dogs.
We are a family adventure park and try to provide attractions that the whole family can enjoy together. We have big drop slides, roller coasters, jumping pillows, dodgems, live shows and a sports centre that teenagers normally enjoy - as long as they aren't expecting Alton Towers they should have an enjoyable day. It is also worth considering a trip to The North Devon Wake Park, located just at the other end of our car park where, for a separate fee they can try wakeboarding or have a go on the inflatable aqua park.
Yes they can except in high winds - which are the only thing that can stop our rollercoasters from running for the whole day. If it's raining in the morning we will keep the coasters shut until the afternoon (purely to keep the indoor spaces dry, safe and usable for the day), however we will normally always open the rollercoasters in the afternoon, even if it's still raining.
We operate an honest pricing policy with all rides, play areas and shows included for unlimted use. A small charge is made for archery which includes one to one tutuion and a certificate. If you have proof of your visit, for example a receipt or a bank statement showing the transaction (if you paid by card), we would be happy to reissue your voucher. Please bring your proof with you when you next visit.
