We're working to get online bookings live w/c 29th June. Sorry for the delay, we're just working to get all of our annual passes updated to ensure that they can be used in the new online booking process!

All guests aged 6yrs+ should bring a mask or suitable face covering with them when they visit - they will be mandatory for the Dodgems and Blast Quest. We don't anticipate requiring face coverings for our outdoor rides at this stage, but we'll be guided by government advice and industry best practice as we move forward.

Because our site is so large and we will be restricting numbers, we don't anticipate any issues with guests being able to maintain a safe distance whilst on park, but we encourage the use of face coverings, particularly in indoor areas.

Guests with medical conditions that prevent the wearing of facemasks will need to provide a medical exemption letter as proof. This will need to be produced to a team member at the entrance to the park.

Any staff working on rides or in close contact with guests will be wearing masks and / or visors, unless working behind protective screens.

 

We’re sorry but we’re not taking any bookings for birthday parties or group visits at this time .As soon as we're able to do so we will!

Unfortunately we have had to suspend all sales of Annual Passes at this time.

We're planning to reopen on July the 11th and 12th - with further dates to be announced soon.

Please refer to our opening calendar and booking pages, when they are live, for current times and pricing.

You can use your VIP readmission voucher at this time but you must have a valid VIP voucher in the same name as the card you use to pay for your online booking. Your VIP voucher, the number of people it is valid for and your payment card will be validated on arrival at the entrance. If we find that your passes are not valid, standard park entry prices will apply on the day.

We’re also happy to say, as long as you still have the voucher, we’re still able to honour vouchers that expired in March 2020 for the time being.

 

For the time being, whilst we have to operate at limited capacity we unfortunately aren’t able to honour any free tickets or discount vouchers. However, we will be extending all free tickets so that they can be used later on, when we're able to accept them. Check back here later in the year for an update.

 

Unfortunately not. All children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Pass holders with passes valid on the 20th of March should have received an email detailing the changes that will affect them at this time. If you haven’t received this please accept our apologies - if you email [email protected] we will get this to you.

All passes are in effect currently paused until mid September and we aren't able to sell new passes or renew passes at this time.

If your pass was valid on the 20th of March you will automatically get the four months we've been closed AND ANOTHER two months, to cover the period until mid September (whilst we have limited attractions AND extremely limited capacity), added to your pass. If you would like to visit before mid September you are entitled to a discount, but you will need to be able to enter the pass number for each card during the booking process. Unfortunately, for safety reasons the whole park is only accepting cashless payments at this time. Please also make sure that you book online in advance, as we won't be able to admit anyone who hasn't prebooked.

Yes, we will be asking guests to undertake a non invasive temperature check on arrival at the park - anyone with a high temperature will not be allowed to enter. Please do contact us if you have any concerns about this.

We are pleased to offer entry at our VIP rate for disabled guests and their carers at this time - one discounted carer per disabled guest. Please slect the VIP discount option during the booking process and ensure that you can present documentary proof of disability on arrival (such as a blue/orange badge, DLA letter or similar). Failure to show proof will result in an additional charge to enter the park.

At this time, when everything is different to normal, we ask you please to leave your dog elsewhere if you can. Reducing the number of dogs on site will enable us to continue to allow those who really need to bring their dogs, to do so.

Genuinely well behaved, friendly dogs on leads are permitted in much of the site, although this will remain under constant review and we reserve the right to reverse this decision at any time. Please check back here before visiting for latest guidance.

We regret that dogs are not permitted in the bird of prey centre, bird of prey shows, Planet Play & Planet Play Cafe inside seating or on the rides. Please note that the outdoor putting area and seating area outside Planet Play is out of bounds for dogs while the outdoor bird of prey show takes place.

You will be asked to read and agree to our code of conduct for dogs when you arrive at the entrance. Exceptions will be made for service dogs.

We are a family adventure park and try to provide attractions that the whole family can enjoy together. We have roller coasters, jumping pillows, dodgems and live shows that teenagers normally enjoy - as long as they aren't expecting Alton Towers they should have an enjoyable day. It is also worth considering a trip to The North Devon Wake Park, located just at the other end of our car park where, for a separate fee they can try wakeboarding or have a go on the inflatable aqua park.

Only high winds can stop our rollercoasters. During this time they will operate in all but the heaviest downpours - so bring your water proofs!

Unfortunately we aren't able to help at this time but we hope that you will still choose to visit and collect another voucher whilst you're here!

Many of the menu items available at this time can be offered as a glutern free option. We also keep careful records of all our ingredients and so if you would like to check the contents of any of the items please just ask a member of staff and they will be happy to do this for you.
